While we’re happy to help anyone who has ordered from our store, please note that we cannot provide support for products ordered from other stores, as we have received many reports of fake/imitation products on the market.
GeveyStore Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us for a refund.
Just contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know the reason for your return request.
Please include your name and order number in your email so we know you ordered from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive and approve the return, we will apply a credit to the same account that made the original payment (PayPal or credit card).
If you change your mind after ordering, we are happy to issue a refund once you return the products to us. Once we package and ship your order, we cannot issue a refund until the products are returned to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable; buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Services cannot be returned: once processed, factory IMEI unlocks cannot be returned.
Our Shipping Policy
We ship your order to the shipping address you provided at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages. We hope it is easy to understand why.
